Default Ft Hood, TX army base mass shooting

I know this far away, but this may soon be making national headlines.

My opinion doesn't represent or voice the official position of the The United States Army, National Rifle Assoc., or CC DES, so why do people think everything someone says represents the fire company they particpate with??!??

Agreed. On a brighter note, great response for blood donors in the wake of this incident. Also, it was good to hear that the woman who initially shot the attacker survived.

Bob, I agree wholeheartedly. My prayers go out to the families, the soldiers, and the responders involved who no doubt didn't fathom having to deal with such a BS attack on our own soil.

But Bob maybe you can help with something that really eating at me - WHY in this day in age, with the amount of $$$$, billions or even trillions of dollars, being fed to our well-armed military annually who supposedly CAN'T be "out-gunned", does it take a CIVILIAN POLICE SERGEANT to take down a shooter on a FREAKIN' MILITARY BASE with ARMED SOLDIERS APLENTY?????!!!!!!! And why, with everything coming out about what this piece-o-crap nutball shrink was up to, DIDN'T the Army see this one coming with this $hitball?????!!!!! I was under the impression with military personnel that you couldn't fart without at least 6 people knowing about it 10 minutes before you let it fly.......

Maybe those are the questions that SHOULD be asked of the high brass and WILL BE asked in the investigation as to why this happened....

Just my $.02 but it really burns me up.

STAY SAFE ALL!
