I had also heard that Bareville was hosting the 2010 convention, but it might not be on the 1st Saturday in June due to some scheduling conflict ? Can anyone confirm that ?

Many thanks,

Bruce

I can put this to bed quickly. Bareville submitted their paperwork prior to LTFD. The delay was that Bareville wanted to change the date of the convention. Several communications between the Association and Bareville transpired with the ultimate result of Bareville accepting the typical first Saturday in June. This all happened prior to LTFD receiving a letter from our Township supervisors approving of us having the convention. (this is an LCFA requirement) If there are any more questions feel free to email me at sroy@ltfd.org.
